This month transformation is my focus. We fly high with the eagle and learn of his extraordinary shape shifting. We learn how a slight shift of our words can create a large shift in our worlds. We read about a centuries old change in the skull of a buffalo has resulted in an energetic device never before seen or used and we visit the news from an energetic perspective and find a new way of seeing the world around us.... The Energy of Words

In their book, Cash in a Flash, Mark Victor Hansen and Robert G. Allen, teach a valuable lesson about the ENERGY OF WORDS: Every word contains an energy that affects both the speaker and the listener. 'Happy', 'strong', 'hopeful', 'beautiful', and 'love' are all words that carry a high vibration or energy. 'Sad', 'can't', 'fear', 'hate' and 'ugly' are words that are of a lower energy frequency.

Here is an example from their book of the kinds of words that would be best avoided and how to switch to more positive choices:

"I work at a job that I hate...switch...that I don't love. My boss is a real jerk...switch...not a nice person. But I need to make money because I have so much credit card debt...switch...and I had too much fun using our credit cards. Now it's time to pay the piper...switch...learn how to be more financially savvy. But I'm stuck in this dead end job...switch...I'm in a place where I don't have the freedom I'd like to have."

Recent News Seen Through the Energetic Eye

The Tragedy in Oslo

The horror of the events in Oslo is challenging to accept, but a shift in perspective or a consciousness shift creates greater understanding. Like the USA after 911, Norway will never be the same; nor will the rest of the world be as it was. A new earth is evolving. We are now on alert...no longer secure in our own supposedly safe havens. What can we learn?

(1) The energies coming onto the planet from beyond the third dimension are getting stronger and stronger and are a contributing force in pushing those who are unbalanced over the edge, catapulting them to commit crazy, extreme and unspeakable acts.

(2) There are no safe physical havens. A sense of safety lies only within the heart, mind and soul of each of us. We can and must develop a sense of faith and trust that we are safe no matter where we are, no matter what we are doing....until our time is up. And, since that moment is unknown, all that is left is faith and trust.

(3) We are all one. What happens over there to you, effects me over here. The new earth is a multi-dimensional reality. Whatever occurs in one part of the world travels either physically or energetically to all corners of the globe. We cannot escape. As we create policies, take action, interact with others, and express our feelings we effect everyone across the planet. "Do unto others as you would have them do until you", has more power than we ever imagined.

(4) My heart goes out to the loved ones whose lives were ended, cut short in what appears to be in an untimely way. How terrible for all involved! And yet, I believe, in my deepest knowing that those who died, gave their lives at a soul level to unite Norway, in a way and at a level of collaboration that could not be achieved by any other means. Is this an extreme belief? Yes, but these are extreme times in which the planet is experiencing intense energies and huge change. Is this challenging to accept? Absolutely. I wish I could say that those individuals who were gunned down at such a young age, in such a violent and horrible manner, should not have lost their lives. But that is the limited three-dimensional perspective.

I believe we must shift our consciousness to match the new world. The larger view, from the expansive multi-dimensional perspective says - I accept all that is. I trust that those who were killed, soulfully, gave their lives to achieve the goal of unification and were ready to leave their physical bodies. Yes, this is hard to grasp and harder still to accept, but the laws of the universe are different than the laws of the earth. We cannot know or determine what is the 'right' age to depart our physical forms. Each individual soul makes that decision; it is not ours to question or fight that reality. And finally....

(5) We are seeing large numbers of people leave the planet at this time, and we may see many more exit their mortal suit of clothes in this time of transformation and evolution. It breaks our human hearts and is almost impossible for us to accept this loss of life, but metaphysically, I believe it is the choice of these groups of souls. Sometimes, there is a tragic accident, sometimes a violent war, disease or famine, and sometimes, a being comes forth as in Oslo to facilitate the rapid departure of those who have chosen to leave the earth at an unexpected time in an unexpected way. As I read about or see photographs of the killings in Oslo or the famine in Somalia, I must remind myself of the laws of the multi-dimensional world. With that shift in perspective, understanding comes and my heart and mind can be at peace.

Story of the Month

White Buffalo Woman

Many years ago a spirit being known as White Buffalo Woman appeared to the Lakota, a sub tribe of the Dakota Indians of North America. She gave the tribe a series of holy rites, including the sacred pipe ceremony and a purification ceremony that became the sweat lodge ceremony. She requested that the rites be followed until she returned at the time of 'big social upheaval" or this moment on planet earth. Since that time, thousands around the globe have received powerful visions of 'this motherly spirit in the form of a white buffalo or a pretty young woman who is dressed totally in white buffalo leather. All people were deeply touched and moved. Their heats opened spontaneously in deep love and compassion for the whole of Creation."

It is said that White Buffalo Woman will return when white calves are born, as has happened in the US several times since the end of the nineties. Simultaneously, "naturally grown snow-white crystal skulls were found for the first time on the other side of the globe in Australia. The crystals resemble buffalo skulls and emanate a huge flow of motherly love and heart energy."

The goal of White Buffalo Woman's presence and plan, according to those who have experienced her, is that "all women (but also men) unfold their primary female potential and learn to apply their power, love and wisdom for the benefit of all beings.... . In meditations with the crystal skulls of the White Buffalo Woman, one will not only clearly receive and perceive her blessing, but spontaneous self healing processes can also happen. ...Awakening of Kundalini energy also releases blocked potential and spiritual abilities. All this happens in order that more people open their heart in compassion for suffering nature and commit themselves increasingly to the preservation and protection of all beings."

"It is indeed possible to roughly explain from a scientific point of view how they came into existence, namely by means of sulfuring of Selenite and Halite on skeletonized skulls from former living hoofed animals in the course of the last 35.000 years. But what caused this process is hard to explain from a factual and logic perspective... "

It also appears to be a miracle ..." that since the year 2002 all of these discovered skulls found their way - sometimes by bizarre detours - to the earth healer Wolfgang Hahl in Germany...."

The crystal skulls are to be "worked with as powerful catalyzers and connecting links between her and the humans. Wolfgang Hahl was spiritually put in charge of the first six skulls (three Selenite, three Halite crystal skulls) and he created a personal shamanic sanctuary for this purpose.... These skulls represent the four points of the compass as well as heaven and earth and each of them expresses the different powers and parts of the character of the great motherly spirit.

Additional skulls have now been found in Australia and sent to Wolgang in Germany. "They are all snow-white shimmering pale rose and they only differ in the spiral horn forms." He has been told to pass them on to other earth healers.

The above is the physical or three dimensional story of the white buffalo crystal skulls.

Now let us take a look at the energetic or multi-dimensional interpretation: The crystalline calcification of the buffalo skull created the opening of an energetic field. Human bone is much more dense, not allowing this kind of energetic pathway. These crystal skulls facilitate an energetic throughway to the 'other dimensional' realms that is not possible with a normal skull. How they came to be in this form or how old they may be, I leave to the scientists or call a miracle. What I am concerned with here and find critical and newsworthy is that these skulls are communication devices to the energetic realms. Their unique form catches our attention and awakens our awareness and the energies in the skulls vibrate out specific frequencies that activate our concern for nature and all of humankind. What an extraordinary gift from the energetic realms!

A Powerful Metaphor

The Eagle

The eagle has the longest lifespan among birds. It can live up to 70 years. But to reach this age, the eagle must make a hard decision. In its 40s its long flexible talons can no longer grab prey which serves as food. Its long and sharp beak becomes bent. It's old-aged and heavy wings, due to their thick feathers become stuck to its' chest and make it difficult to fly. Then, the eagle is only left with two options: die or go through a painful process of change which lasts 150 days. The process requires that the eagle to fly to a mountain top and sit on its' nest. There the eagle knocks its beak against a rock until it plucks it out. When its' new talons grow back the eagle starts plucking its old-age feathers. After five months the eagle takes its' famous flight of rebirth and lives for 30 more years.

When it rains, most birds head for shelter; the eagle is the only bird that, in order to avoid the rain, starts flying above the clouds.

What an amazing metaphor for the process of change through which we humans are going! See you above the clouds...
