Wish I knew the secret formula myself, but can’t help there. However, I do believe that as we evolve and increase our frequencies, some new and heightened abilities unfold….Let’s trust and enjoy those gifts.
As for which book this article comes from, I am not sure, but I googled “Drunvallo plus Indigo Children” and there were quite a few references, some of which mention his books. I suggest you look there for further information.

a good documentary on the wonderful & fun opportunity to re-think money so that it is more equitable & closely connected to the finite naure of earth & our real worth as natural beings. It has wonderful syncronicities with a book I am reading at the moment called ‘the spirit level’ by wilkinson & pickett looking at how an equatable world creates positive solutions for a happier future.

I have always thought that there were many universes in fact billions of them,it really does make sense taken in context.
The biggest driving force in the cosmos is not gravity it is reproduction and I call it reproductive
Inflation.
The black holes play a major role in every galaxy and I believe they manufacture Suns/ planets
By drawing in matter,gas etc and as every galaxy has one you can see why there is space between each galaxy and what causes the galaxy to spin.
We have not witnessed the birth of a planet/sun as the process takes much longer than we have been studying the stars.
I am hopeful that my theory will prove itself in the very near future.

And, it is helpful to me to know that others out there are also experiencing ‘water retention/ Mine is in my hands, & sinus pressure, even erratic high blood pressure….) oh, and YES! the whole internal heat thing. I thought that was menopausal hot flashes however there is very little sweating. I have been to several Dr.’s and had extensive blood work only to be told there is nothing wrong with me. So grateful to find out i’m indeed not alone. Thank you for your research and sharing!!

Totally agree, Cynthia, it is a challenging time to see, feel and remain steady. but this is the job and the challenge for our time. And then, there are the wonderful moments as I encountered on the bus just yesterday… The bus driver asked if anyone was celebrating a birthday. He then encouraged us to sing Happy Birthday to this one person. He had us greeting our neighbors, playing word games and smiling across the aisles as we drove up 3rd Ave. The entire energy of the bus changed….It was thrilling to witness. What a blessed creature was that driver….an ‘angel in disguise.
