I am intrigued with your blog on the powerful effect of thought. I liked the crystal drawing…a picture is impactful. I would have liked more commentary…I left with so what. How do I use this? Many clients I work with are interested in putting thoughts such as this one into practice. I ‘d like to hear more from you on the power of thought.

Hi Lynn, I agree. The photos of the water crystals before and after the infusion of positive thoughts are very powerful. They remind me to watch my thoughts and my statements, to consider a moment of prayerful silence before eating or drinking to infuse the food or liquid with gratitude for its nourishment. As I do so, I remember the beauty of that ‘blessed’ or thought infused-crystal to inspire me to take that quiet moment. Dr. Emoto did some fabulous experiments where he taped a series of positive and negative words on bottles of water. The photographic results are amazing. Perhaps you could get a copy of his book to show your clients so they too can see the results of positive thinking.
I am personally working with a change of pattern. When I find myself cursing or complaining about something negative, disturbing, and upsetting, I stop and correct the words I am about to say. instead of OH S……T, What a damn … mess!’, I take a breathe and say, ‘Oh SILLINESS. What a FABULOUS, FASCINATING, FIRST CLASS SITUATION! If I can catch myself and shift, I leave behind an energy of possibility, rather than the vibrations of piles of excrement.
Yes, they are just words, but they have power; They become substantive. If a client is constanting saying demeaning things about himself, herself or others, s/he creates that reality. S/he has the ability to shift his world and the energy in that world by saying only positive things for one hour or one day or one week. I trust his/her world and feelings about that world will shift…gradually … over time.

This could not have come at a better time – I have been so sad for the past 5 days and even though I pivot my sadness to moments of joy I find myself back into the sadness but since Im a very visual person the crystal photos helped me to visually see what my energy thoughts are creating… Thoughts of love and gratitude are amazing healers, the trick is to keep those thoughts, and sit i what abraham calls lack. Thank you Elaine. Keep those visuals coming Have a Magical Day

Hi Cyrene, Thanks for this sharing. I’m with you. The visuals sure do make that invisible energy world real to us three D focused humans. We are so accustom to the tangible world we forget about the intangible one. I wish that there were more ways to represent it and then I remember, the whole point is to start to pay attention to the subtle clues. A bit of a challenge, isn’t it? But we ARE up to it….. For those of you not familiar with the Abraham to which Cyrene refers, see www.abraham-hicks.com/. Have a great day!

I agree. – not only an eye opener, but a consciousness shifter. If hundreds or thousands or millions of us all recognized the power of our thoughts imagine the effect we could have on the world around us. We are mighty powerful, if we would only allow ourselves to recognize that power and what is can achieve. We create our reality and we can change and improve it. Thanks for commenting. I so appreciate the interaction.

Thank you Elaine. The Power of Thought is beyond my words and I so appreciate you bringing attention to it. I quote the first paragraph in a manuscript I wrote titled “Miracles: Closer To You Than Breathing.”
Miracles occur in the THOUGHT. The healing manifests when we accept
and know this to be a truth. It is in a thought, in a flash of white light! Belief will not create a miracle, nor will trust bring it to us any faster. The manifestation of a miracle depends simply on our knowing.
Thank you for creating your Blog – it is Valuable.

Thanks Cal for sharing your thoughts on ‘Thought’ and its miracle-like power……
Imagine the power of thinking only positive thoughts, not avoiding issues with our heads in the sand, but really, honestly, thinking about the positive side of everything……Now, that is a worthwhile challenge!

fascinating… does it seem to matter what language is used when expressing love, gratitude and appreciation for the foods and water?
Comment by mary — March 18, 2011 @ 11:13 AM
Can’t imagine it matters at all. Remember it is the energy you are conveying, not the words. best, Elaine
