Insomnia, Agitation, imbalance……..

Adapting to the changes energetically…

Greetings from The Big Apple…..

Are you having difficulty sleeping? Are you feeling agitated, restless, ill-at-ease? I know i have. I don’t think I slept at all the night of the June full moon and my sleep was only somewhat better 48 hours later….I have felt anxious when there was nothing to be anxious about, fearful when there was little to fear ; I have experienced hormonal imbalances, water retention and the sense that I had to run to just keep up with the basics of my life. My energy has been low and my blood pressure erratic. Clients have reported headaches, sinus pressure, post menopausal hot flashes, dizziness, out of sorts, depression, an inability to make decisions, a loss of their ‘mojo’ and feeling off their path…

Be assured – You are fine! You are experiencing the affects of the solar flares and the changes happening all around you.
Look around…What do you see or read about? Protests in Egypt, the largest gay pride march ever in NYC, thousands of gay couples getting married in San Francisco, more rain, tornados and hurricanes than ever and in very unlikely locations, new developments in many, many industries from automobiles to computers.

Why are you surprised that your body is reacting as these energetic and physical shifts sweep across the planet? My Guides have suggested that we think of the geo-political-economic-cultural factors as a blob, moving back and forth across the landscape, expanding and contracting as the politics, economics etc. shift. We are caught n the middle of that goo….experiencing it, as a new balance is trying to be achieved. And, no telling how those differences will show up. Continue to assure yourself that all is well; you will sleep when your body needs it, you will feel calm as balance is achieved….And, you are not alone….Everyone on the planet is feeling the changes, but few are aware of what is causing their agitation. Talk to yourself.

Assure yourself that all is well. Do whatever you need to do to find a temporary sense of peace, Walk on the earth, spend time at the ocean, repeat an affirmation (See Louise Hays, Healing Yourself, exchange massages with a friend, receive a Reiki, Cranial-Sacral, Acupressure or Acupuncture treatment, learn a few simple Tapping Sequences and use them daily, take long baths with some essential oils. Take Rescue Remedy or any of the other Bach or more local-to-your-area flower or gemstone remedies. Carry a quartz, amethyst or other crystal; each has its own special properties.
And, in the meantime, until the so-called ‘dust’ or more appropriately called, ‘energetic fall-out’, settles, do not judge. Accept what is and be good to yourself! And, please SHARE what you are experiencing……Blessings, Elaine.
